Weld County

As we met in the County Seat of Weld County, we were so privileged to meet with our own church family, our heart. Celebration Congregation is filled with Jesus-loving, worshipping prayer warriors, and it is an honor to be able to share this time of lifting the name of Jesus over Weld County with such precious children of God.

Prayers included that Your people will stand in the gap, that wherever our shofars are blown it will break the atmosphere; and that there will be a shifting in the atmosphere when we pray. We thank You that You are doing Your work and You are using Your people. We pray for Your justice over Colorado. And, we pray for our old but anointed car to keep going!

WORSHIP PRAYER AND PRAISE

This evening was a prayer meeting starting with beautiful worship, led by our Mona on guitar. After a time of worship, praise and prayer, we made our way to the front of the church for our offering and Colorado County prayer. How sweet was our time together crying out for Colorado and for our nation.

OFFERINGS TO THE LORD

Lord God, we claim all of Weld County for Your name. As we worship, we remember that You have promised to hear us when we cry out to You. As we take communion together, we remember the price You paid is more than we have words for. We cry out for unity in Your body as we place the chain link in the ground, and faith to grow across Weld County as we throw mustard seed into the air. We call down Your fire from heaven over our hearts and the hearts of Your church, and place Your Word with our offerings because it is precious and powerful and beautiful. Jeremiah 10:6-7 rings true!

CELEBRATION

As we blow the shofars, we give honor, thanks and reverence to the Jeremiah 10:6-7 King of all Kings, and cry out to You for mercy! Hear our prayers! Wake us up, Oh God, and let us represent You well so that others may be drawn to You. We come to You as Your body, Your heart, Your hands and feet, and we truly love You with all that is in us. Let Your Name be glorified in Weld County! Thank You for Celebration Congregation and all these precious ones we dearly love! Thank You that we get to celebrate YOU together! Praise!

SWEET COMMUNION TOGETHER

As we prepare our hearts to remember the Lord’s sacrifice for us, we are overwhelmed once again. Oh God, we reflect on the beatings, the rejection, the pain, the heartbreak, we don’t have adequate words to even describe that day. We thank You, we thank You.

PSALM 149:1-3:

Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, and His praise in the congregation of the godly ones! Let Israel be glad in his maker, and the sons of Zion rejoice in their King. Let them praise His name with dancing; let them sing praises to Him with timbrel and lyre!”
